Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I register my child?

A: The easiest way to register is Online by following the links on the left side bar. You may also register at Jump! Monday – Friday between 9am and 8pm.

Q: Can my child try out your program before registering?

A: Jump! offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee. We want your family to have a great experience here.  If you sign up for one of our programs, attend classes regularly for 30 days, and are not completely satisfied with the program, we will refund 100% of your tuition.

Q: What does my child wear to gymnastics class?

A: Your child will receive a welcome packet upon registration which will include a uniform to wear class. Remove all jewelry and socks and tie long hair back in a ponytail.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: You may pay monthly or by the semester. Monthly payments require payment information on file and are drafted on the 15th of the month prior to the month of attendance. Semester pay may be submitted by cash, check or credit card. If you would like to pay monthly by cash or check, you may also do so, but you must have a credit card on file in case payment is not received on time.

Q: What is the make up policy for missed classes?

A: We have a make up day every month for students who have missed a class that month. Call or Email to sign up.

Q: If my child is enrolled in a parent participation class, what do I wear?

A: You need to wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily move around. Shoes are not allowed on the gym floor.

Q: Are there any referral programs for referring friends to the gym?

A: Yes! You will receive $20 off your next month’s tuition if someone you refer signs up for classes. Tuition will be discounted when payment is received from referral.

Q: What is the student/teacher ratio?

A: The student teacher ratio is 6:1 for gymnastics classes and preschool and 8:1 for Camps.

Q: Are the instructors certified?

A: Yes. Jump!’s coaching staff is certified. Every gymnastics coach at Jump! is a member of USA Gymnastics, First Aid/CPR Certified, has completed USA Gymnastics’ Preschool Fundamentals and Fundamentals of Recreational Gymnastics course, and has undergone a background check through DFPS.  These certifications are in addition to Jump!’s 40 hour in house teacher training program.

Q: Is gymnastics good for my child?

A: Gymnastics is the foundation of human movement and provides the building blocks for development in all other sports. Gymnastics teaches children to listen and follow directions, while fostering social interaction with peers in a positive environment. So whether your child aspires to be an Olympic gymnast, a professional football player or the next billionaire CEO, gymnastics is a great start.
